LED Matrix Essentials In this video we take a look at a 4 unit 64 LED Matrix controlled
by the MAX7219 chip. Because there are so many of these units
available and all are wired differently we have to be very careful
in choosing a library.
We are using the MD_MAX72XX library because it has the capabilities
to adapt to the different wiring. The matrix modules all connect to
the Arduino through a 3 wire SPI interface (MOSI,CLK,CS) and two power wires.
The module that we use in the video is the WangDD22 and is available from Amazon.
